CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
While beautiful and pleasing to the eye, all our products
are designed to be durable, easily cared for and easily
cleaned. Our non-woven fabrics and inherently anti-static
and repel dust but occasional feather dusting or vacuuming
may be necessary to keep the fabrics clean and bright.
Spills and stains can be lightly blotted with a cloth or
damp sponge. Stains that are more difficult may require
soaking in water with mild soap. For this, remove the shades
from the window and submerge, soak and rub lightly. DO NOT
submerge the Deluxe Cordless Head rail in water. Lay flat
to dry or place back in window and raise tightly to recrisp
pleats. Soft Double Cell fabric should not be submerged
in water. Please test any stronger cleaners on an unobtrusive
portion of the shade
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Kensington Honeycomb Shades will be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for as long as the original
purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was
installed properly and in accordance with the Honeycomb
shade installation instructions. The limited lifetime warranty
is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original
window for which it was intended.
The warranty does not include any conditions or damages
resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure
to follow printed instruction son installation, cleaning
and care, or repairs. This warranty also does not apply
to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS,
LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall Kensington
or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable for
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
may not apply.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, the fabricator
will, at its option, repair or replace the product, provided
it is returned to the dealer of original purchase.
This warranty obligation excludes shipping charges and
labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will
be made with like or similar parts.
THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. THE SELLER
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED.
BATTERY OPERATED MOTORIZED SHADINGS WARRANTY
Kensington Window Expressions warrants its motors to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
and proper use for a period of five years starting from
the date stamped on the motor. Mechanical, electrical and
electronic accessories are warranted for one year from the
date of invoice.
